All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All Roots Planter Co. ships within the Contiguous​ United States (i.e. Lower 48 States).

Shipment Method: FedEx/UPS Ground

Estimated Delivery Time: 1-5 business days

Shipment Cost: According to purchase amount

* Overnight delivery is only available upon request and the customer bears all additional shipping charges. Delivery addresses must be within the Contiguous​ United States (i.e. Lower 48 States). If you require overnight delivery please Contact Us.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

All Roots Planter Co. ships to addresses within the Contiguous​ United States (i.e. Lower 48 States) only.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

All Roots Planter Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

All Roots Planter Co. will replace items if they are damaged during shipment. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.

We currently do not ship outside the Contiguous​ United States (i.e. Lower 48 States).
